Discusses the roles of domestic economic policies, economically developmental strategies and huge investments in education and fostering national spirits in the so-called four newly-emerging nations/regions in Eastern Asia. A conclusion is thus drawn that with both the international and domestic powerful incentives, the countries/regions in Eastern Asia have been modernized rapidly through utilizing comprehensively and flexibly their developing factors to win their economical growth.
