| 摘 要： | 以我国物权法的颁布为切入点,讨论了中国物权在数千年历史变革中的演化过程,并从物权的演变分析中国社会文化及价值精神的变革。同时结合生产力和社会价值的变化讨论了物权与之相对应的变化,阐明了社会决定法律,法律反映社会的辩证关系。

| Abstract: | The article takes the promulgation of the Property Right Law of China as the breakthrough point,discusses the evolvement process of China property right in the historical transformation of thousands of years and analyses the transformation of China society culture and value and spirit from the evolvement of property right.At the same time,the article discusses the corresponding transformation of property right with the transformation of productivity and social value,illustrates dialectic relationship of society deciding law and law reflecting society. |
