高校体育场馆运营管理及改革

随着中国高等教育事业的蓬勃发展,高校体育场馆资源,尤其是中高档体育场馆不断增加,但存在着资源缺乏与新建体育场馆档次过高的不协调现象。应加快高校体育场馆运营管理的改革,尽快形成“学校主导、市场运作、社会参与”的新的高校体育场馆的运营管理体系;应推行合同管理,即制定运营规范和标准,逐步引入市场竞争主体管理,学校只扮演监管角色,从而使高校体育场馆规范有序地运行,更好地服务学生、教职工和周围社区。

With the rapid development of higher education,university stadiums and gymnasiums,especially middle-class and high-class ones,are becoming more and more accordingly.But the phenomenon exists that the lack of such resources and the extravagant newly-built ones are inconsistent.This leads to the urgent reform of the management of university stadiums and gymnasiums,forming the new managing system of "University being the leading role,market operation,society participation",implementing contract management that is establishing operating standards and norms,gradually introducing market competition while universities only take the role of monitoring,hence to ensure university stadiums and gymnasiums to run orderly,to better serve students and staff and nearby communities.
