| 摘 要： | 新民主主义革命时期党对人民政权组织形式问题的理论探讨和实践经验,为人民代表大会制度在我国的确立作了准备;1949年中国人民政治协商会议第一届全体会议的召开及其通过的法律文件,为人民代表大会制度在我国的确立奠定了法律基础;1954年第一届全国人民代表大会第一次会议的召开和《中华人民共和国宪法》等法律文件的通过,标志着人民代表大会制度在我国的确立。

| Abstract: | Theories and practical experiences of people's regime organizational form in the new-democratic revolution period,have made preparation for the establishment of the people's congress system in our country;The convocation of the first plenary session of political consultative conference of the people of Chinese in 1949 and legal file passed,have established the legal foundation for the establishment of the people's congress system in our country;Convocation and the passed legal files in the first session of the first National People's Congress in 1954,such as the Constitution of the PRC,etc.mark the establishment of the people's congress system in our country. |
