| 摘 要： | 在经济的高速发展和对外贸易的迅速扩大的同时,中国也遭遇了更多的非关税壁垒。目前,中国已成为世界上反倾销的最大受害国,而＂非市场经济地位＂已成为我国企业应诉国外反倾销调查的核心问题,所以必须理性地分析中国的＂非市场经济地位＂问题。

| Abstract: | With the rapid development of the economy and exporting trade,China meets with more and more Non-Tariff Barriers（NTBs）.Now,China is the largest victim harmed by anti-dumping,and so-called ＂non-market economy status＂（NME） has become the core issue of Chinese companies to deal with anti-dumping investigations,so a rational view should be held when discussing the treatment of China＇s non-market economy status. |
