| 摘 要： | 在知识经济时代,通常把知识表述为显性知识和隐性知识,知识管理就是对这两种知识的管理.在知识管理过程中,图书情报机构要进行自身数字化建设,以实现信息资源网络化;开发好隐性知识,使之显性化,以高效地为用户服务.

| Abstract: | In knowledge economy epoch, knowledge is usually expressed to dominant and recessive knowledge. Knowledge management is to manage the two kind of knowledge. In this process, inteligence department of books should be rebuild digitally for information resource to be networked; Recessive knowledge should be developed to become dominant,and serves clients direct and great efficiency. |
