应用型本科法学教育的发展模式

文章以应用型本科院校法学教育的发展模式为研究对象,分析了传统的法学教育性质、目标与功能,提出了适应我国社会发展实际的应用型本科法学教育发展模式,对应用型本科院校的法律人才的培养起着启示作用,并有推广和指导性的意义。

Teaching Jurisprudence in the Law Department of Application-Oriented Colleges

Bearing in mind the emphasis on application in non-research-oriented universities and colleges,the author of this paper advocates a practical approach to the teaching of jurisprudenee in the law department of Sanjiang University in line with the current social reality and its practical needs as opposed to the traditional ap- proach that puts more emphasis on theory,thus contributing in an important way to the training of law practitioners and to the reform of law education.
