摘    要:通过对学生自我认知、职业生涯认知、职业心态和对学校职业生涯辅导工作的评价等指标的考察可以得出这样的研究结论:大学生职业生涯教育状况具有差异性、不平衡性;大学生职业生涯教育状况受两方面影响,一是自我认知和环境变量为个体职业生涯的探索提供条件,二是个体在探索职业生涯过程中,又会推动个体对自我与职业环境的认识。

Abstract:An empirical study of college students' self-cognizance,career cognizance,career-related mentality and assessment of the career guiding offered by their school reveals that there is difference and imbalance in the career education of college students,and that their self-cognizance and the variables in the social circumstances create conditions for their career exploration,which in turn improves their self-cognizance and their cognizance of the career environment.
