| 摘 要： | 按照国际关系政治经济学的观点 ,美国霸权首先是在经济领域建立起来的。 2 0世纪 90年代美国步入新经济时代 ,长达十年的低通货膨胀和高经济增长并存的经济表现 ,重新确立了其经济霸主地位。本文通过对美国新经济的分析 ,认为美国必将使用种种手段包括战争手段来维持其政治霸权。

America entered the age of new economy in 1990's and keep economic expression of "low inflation and high economic growth" for ten years. This article, through analysis of American new economy, thinks America will maintain its hegemony in politics by all means including war. |
