| 摘 要： | 我国生猪价格波动表现为正常波动和非正常波动两种形式，其中非正常波动是阻碍我国生猪产业健康、快速发展的瓶颈。生猪价格非正常波动的根本性原因是生猪市场体系不完善、生产经营主体行为不协同和政府调节滞后／过度、错位／缺位。抑制生猪价格非正常波动需要遵循重点突出与整体兼顾、事前控制和短期与中长期相结合的原则，通过提高政府调节的有效性，完善生猪市场体系，加强生猪养殖主体行为的科学性和协同度，促使生猪价格由非正常波动向正常波动转变。
