| 摘 要： | 高校逐渐成为科技创新、科研开发的主力军，是我国科技事业发展的重要推动力。但由于国家科技创新主体是企业，高校科技创新优势没有得到足够的重视，高校管理者也没有充分认识到丰富的科技创新人才资源优势，缺乏有效的激励机制。激励机制包括高校内部、市场及国家政策等多个方面，本文从高校内部的角度研究科技创新激励机制，为更好地激励高校科技创新提供了思路。
