| 摘 要： | 农村宗族势力抬头是现实生活中的一个突出问题,也是农村社会控制系统难于解决的棘手问题。文章分析了农村宗族产生的历史原因和宗族势力抬头的社会基础,说明其落后性及危害性,进一步探讨对农村宗族势力抬头问题的有效控制对策:一、加强农村基层组织建设,强化基层组织对农村社会的控制功能;二、加强农村法律建设,维护法律在农村的严肃性;三、搞好农村的精神文明建设,提高农民素质,淡化狭隘的小农意识和宗族意识;四、加快农村现代化进程,改变宗族赖以生存的血缘、地缘、利益关系。

| Abstract: | The rising of the rural religion force is an outstanding question in the actual life.Moreover,it is also an thorny problem that was difficult to solve in the system of the rural social controlling.In the article,the author analysed the historical reason that the rural religion produced and the social base that the rural religion rised.The article expounded the rural religion's regularity and harmfullness and put forward the countermeasure that control the rising of the rural religion force simutaneously. |
