用创新发展的思路推进师资管理改革

解放思想的重要体现就是大胆创新，高校要建设一支高水平的教师队伍，必须创新思路。创新思路要从如下方面着手：必须站在高端，用世界眼光和战略思维规划师资队伍建设；高校自身必须科学定位，发挥比较优势，突出师资队伍建设的特色；必须善于创造环境条件，让人才＂出得来、用得上、引得进、留得住＂；必须坚持解放思想，不断创新管理体制机制。

Improving the Ranks of Teachers through Innovation

Innovation is the mark of emancipation of the mind. The key to producing high-quality faculty is making innovations. First, the plan for building a teacher team should be worked out from a global and strategic point of view; second, the school should be scientifically evaluated to utilize its comparative advantages and highlight the special features of its faculty development; third, a favorable condition should be created to produce, attract and use talents efficiently; and last, innovations in the management system should be made constantly through emancipation of the mind.
