可持续发展的高等教育评估

摘    要:探索可持续发展的高等教育评估,应该与可持续发展的基本原则——需求性、适应性、可持续性和公平性相一致。依据《十年计划》的可持续发展原则,在研究可持续发展的高等教育评估过程中,我们始终要以“一个中心”、“四个基本点”为主线,即以以人为本的可持续发展价值观为中心,从需求性原则出发关注基于利益相关者需求评估机制,从适应性原则出发关注状态数据采集平台机制,从可持续性原则出发关注内部与外部评价结合的校本评估机制,从公平性原则出发关注第三方评估机制。

Evaluation of Sustainable Development of Higher Education

Abstract:Evaluation of the sustainable development of higher education should be in accordance with the principles of need, adaptability, sustainability and equity. According to the principle laid down in the "United Nations Decade of Education for Sustainable Development", when conducting research on evaluation of sus- tainable development of higher education, we should consider "one center" and "4 basic features" as our masterstrokes. The core value in sustainable development is human-centeredness. This should be accompanied by four evaluation mechanisms: namely that of stakeholders of HEIs' needs based on the principle of need, that of the collection platform of status data based on the principle of adaptability, that of school-based evalua- tion that combines the internal and external evaluation based on the principle of sustainability, and that of third party' s evaluation based on the principle of equity.
