以科学发展观指导高校创新人才培养

高校在创新人才培养中应贯彻科学发展观，在科学发展观的指导下培养创新人才。创新人才培养的三个重要问题：一是创新人才培养的核心是坚持“以生为本”的办学思想；二是创新人才培养的根本在于变革教育模式；三是创新人才培养的关键在于提高教师素质。创新人才培养需要突破单一人才培养模式，从科技发展、社会需要和学生个性发展出发构建多层次的人才培养体系，高校的创新人才培养，应成为中国当代校长共同研究的课题。

Production of Innovative Talents Guided by the Concept of Scientific Development

It was proposed at the 3rd Plenary Session of the 16th Central Committee of the CPC that ＂we should be human oriented and build up a all-round, harmonious and sustainable concept of development to promote the integrated development of economy and society＂. Based on a rational relationship between scien- tific development and talent production, a study should be made about school-running ideas, educational pat- tern and teacher＇ s quality in institutions of higher learning, where higher education is conducted and talented are produced. Under the guidance of the ＂student-oriented＂ school-running idea, the single talent-producing mode should give way to a multilevel talent-producing system in which attention is given to the development of science and technology, social needs, and the cultivation of students＇ personality. As a matter of fact, improvement of teacher＇quality is the key to the production of innovative talents.
