| 摘 要： | 2006年美国高等教育未来委员会对美国高等教育入学机会、大学成本、财政透明度、学习质量、财政救助以及革新等六个方面进行全国范围内的调查,并最终形成“对领导的检视——美国高等教育未来规划报告”,报告找出了美国高等教育存在的主要问题,提出了解决问题的主要措施,并进一步对美国高等教育进行了规划。美国查询高等教育问题的调查方式、解决问题的途径、进行高等教育规划的模式以及其中的经验与教训都对我国高等教育的发展和改革具有重要的启示价值。

| Abstract: | In the year of 2006, by making a nationwide survey of US higher education in its enrollment opportunity, spending on higher education, financial transparency, quality of study, financial aids and innovation, the US Secretary of Education＇ s Commission on the Future of Higher Education issued a report stating and an- alyzing the problems in US higher education and prescribing the solutions and charting its future. Inspiration can be drawn from US Education＇ s Commission＇ s problem-investigating methods, problem-solving approaches, and future charting pattern for the development of China＇ s higher education. |
