摘    要:公平正义是建设社会主义和谐社会的重要指标之一,教育公平直接关系到公平正义的实现。残疾人高等教育发展的滞后影响了教育公平目标的实现,合理有序地发展残疾人高等教育有利于实现教育公平和社会和谐。

Abstract:Educational fairness is directly related to the realization of fairness and justice, which is one of the important indexes in building a harmonious socialist society. The lagged development of higher education for the disabled prevents educational fairness from being achieved. Therefore, reasonable and orderly development of the disabled persons' higher education will facilitate the realization of educational fairness and social harmony.
