| 摘 要： | 进入大众化发展阶段的高等教育内部存在着精英教育和大众教育两种不同价值体系和实践体系，徘徊于两种教育体系之间的地方普通本科院校，究竟应当选择怎样的发展方向？“学与术”之争始终存在于地方高校教育理念与实践中。地方普通本科院校必须十分鲜明地确立大众化的发展路径和价值原则，坚持以应用型人才培养为主，以实用性、应用性知识教育为主，以市场导向为主的发展思路与策略。

| Abstract: | Two sets of values and two practice systems, namely elite education and mass education, exist in higher education at the stage of its popularization. Local colleges and universities should take popularization of higher education as the way of their development and the principle of their values, devote themselves to impar- ting practical and applied knowledge so as to produce application-oriented talents, and adopt a market-oriented strategy for their develoDment. |
