摘    要:现代教育评价的基本理念对教师评价的启示有:以人为本,注重发展,重视过程。构建教师评价体系要坚持导向性、超前性、目标性、发展性等原则,从教师自我评价、学校评价和学生评价三个层面出发,突出以教学业务能力与教师自身发展为主要内容。确保教师评价体系正常运行的主要途径有:加强培训与激励、制定胜任目标与绩效管理、发展管理文化等。

Abstract:The fundamental ideas of modern educational assessment, namely, people orientation and emphasis on development and process, provide significant inspiration for the construction of a teacher evaluation system, which, guided by the principles of definite orientation, timely anticipation, goal fulfillment and expansibility, mainly assesses a teacher' s professional ability and development through the teacher' s self evaluation and evaluation by the school and the students. The smooth operation of the teacher evaluation system mainly depends on the following means: reinforcing training and stimulation, setting competency goals, implementing performance management, cultivating management culture, etc.
