高校内师师专业对话问题研究

摘    要:高校内师师专业对话是同一高校的教师之间为解决专业领域问题采取面对面的对话交流方式。当前同一高校师师专业对话存在对话观狭隘、形式主义严重、漠视课堂教学和局限于人为组织活动等问题,这不仅影响对话本身的价值,而且也影响到教师专业素质的提升。为此,高校在观念层面应树立多元价值观、正确的冲突观、科学的竞争与合作观;在制度层面必须改革现行的教师考核制度、奖励制度、团队对话制度并扩大教师的学术自由权;在操作层面需积极培育教师团队精神、促进教师自然合作、完善教师评价。

Abstract:Professional dialogue is a face-to-face communication carried out by the teachers and peers within a college to solve professional problems. At present, some problems exist in this respect. They are a narrow con- cept of dialogue, serious formalism, neglect of classroom instruction and specially organized activities, which not only diminish the value of dialogue itself but also slow down the improvement of teachers' professional quality. In view of this, versified values, a scientific concept of conflict, competition and cooperation should be established; the existing system of teacher evaluation, the incentive system, and the team dialogue system should be reformed and teacher' s academic spontaneous cooperation among teachers, and freedom guaranteed; team spirit should be fostered to promote evaluation of teachers' performance improved.
