教学管理制度改革与创新教育的实践探索

高素质创新型人才的成长，关键在于学校为学生提供一个能激发学生潜能和兴趣的教学和管理环境，使学生的潜能和智慧得到全面的发展。为实现这一目标，安徽工业大学进入新世纪以来，坚持以教学管理改革为突破口，树立以学生为本的教学管理新观念，实行学分制、选课制和弹性学制，建立和实施与之相配套的学籍管理制度、主辅修制、双学位制等；实现教学管理信息化；建立反应灵敏、高效的教学质量监控体系；管改、教改、学改有机结合，实施创新教育和素质教育，开发大学生创造力，促进学生全面发展。

Exploration of the Reform of the Teaching Management System and Innovation Education

The key to the growth of the innovative talents with high qualities lies in the school＇ s creating a teaching and management environment which can tap the students＇ potential and arouse their interest to bring their potential and wisdom into full play. In order to achieve this goal, Anhui University has persisted in taking the teaching management reform as the breach and set up a student-oriented idea of teaching management since the beginning of this century. It has also formulated the credit system, the course-selecting system and the flexible educational system and established corresponding supporting systems such as the student registration system, the major-and -minor selecting system and the double degree system. Besides, teaching management has been informationalized, a sensitive and efficient teaching monitoring system established, and reforms in management, teaching and learning management made simultaneously to conduct innovation education and quality-oriented education with a view to improving students＇ creativity and promoting their all-round development.
