| 摘 要： | 稀缺资源渗漏机制逐步消除、不致出现产业整体性结构衰退、跳跃式区域经济增长机制差异缩小等是跳跃式区域增长“适度”结构偏差标准,保持空间平等与总体效率的动态均衡、建立产业结构良性循环机制等是跳跃式区域增长结构优化标准。

| Abstract: | On the basis of the facts of the leap economic development of western developed countries,new industrialized countries and eastern Coastal Regions of China,discuss the moderate measure of structural deviation of the leap regional economic growth,put forward that the realization of the dynamic equi-librium between equality and efficiency,combining market adjustment with government institutional change as well as macro-adjustment and so on,is the institutional optimization standards of the Leap Regional Economic Growth. |
