| 摘 要： | 文章讨论了教学模式的多层次性与可变性 ，建议结合学生的主体作用和教师的主导作用，构建创造型的、灵活多变的教学模式，而不 是固定、僵化的教学模式。教学中应最大限度地发挥学生的内在动力和教师的外在动力；针 对具体操作中出现的阶段性、认知性、主体性和应急性变化，教师应及时进行调整。

| Abstract: | The paper discusses the flexibility and varieties of models in college English teaching. It suggests that the student-oriented functi ons and the leading role of the teachers be integrated so as to establish a new innovative and flexible model of teaching rather than that of a stereotyped one. In the teaching process the students' initiatives should be brought into full p lay with the help of the teachers. And the teachers should also make some timely readjustments according to the specific situations. |
