| 摘 要： | 宪政制度是西方经济、政治和文化自然演化的结果。从救亡图强的目的出发 ,近代中国在学习宪政的过程中 ,未能深入分析宪政的涵义及其产生和存在的历史背景 ,而是将宪政作为救国图强的必经之路 ,进而甚至将宪政制度本身作为追求的目的 ,而忽视了近代中国缺少宪政制度存在的必要条件 ,因而注定了这场轰轰烈烈的革命以失败而告终

| Abstract: | Constitution is a natural result deriving from its economic, political and cultural background in western societies. Those factors have not being taken into account when constitution was transported into China a hundred or more years ago. Chinese thinkers and politicians firmly believed that constitution was indispensable for a prosperous and powerful country, while the basic background for the existence of constitution in modern China was unfortunately ignored, thus led the failure of the transportation of constitution. |
