| 摘 要： | 在科学发展观统领下,搞好社会工作专业人才队伍建设的基本途径是:确立人力资源观念,高度重视专业人才队伍的建设工程;运用战略管理工具,更好回应社会服务提出的多元需求;大力发展专业教育,持续培养具有专业能力的新型人才;注重激励系统建设,不断激发实际工作人员的献身热情;促进管理体制创新,有效保证人才队伍建设的健康发展.
