| 摘 要： | 分析了校企合作办学培养软件人才的时代背景，介绍了与软件企业合作办学培养软件人才的过程和做法，总结出创新的校企合作办学模式。重点介绍了人才培养目标和教学方案的制订，毕业生在软件实习基地进行专业实训与上岗实习的做法，以及由此带来的办学效果和特色。
