中国农村反返贫困问题研究

返贫困问题是农村反贫困开发实践最突出的矛盾和问题,反返贫困已经成为新阶段反贫困的重要内容。返贫困问题是一个涉及多方面的比较复杂的问题。返贫困问题虽然不是反贫困开发实践的主流,但其出现并存在的意义远远大于其自身的意义。反返贫困既要从返贫困结果上反返贫困,又要从返贫困源头上反返贫困,实现反返贫困从治标到治本的根本性转变。
