| 摘 要： | 国际社会第三部门的兴起与发展,以及中国经济体制、政治体制的转型,迫切需要第三部门在中国社会经济发展中发挥作用.基于对中国第三部门发展现状的分析,本文从五个方面提出了第三部门在中国发展的政策建议,指出促进第三部门的发展是社会各方的共同责任.
