| Abstract: | There are problems of science and technology market transform in system, ideas, lacking of risk funds and the shortage of science fruit itself. Transform of implement fruit should quicken the science and technology system reform, strengthen the combination between science and research unit and enterprises, set down technology innovation development strategy and build up the risk funds of science and technology fruit reform. By the analysis of the definition of the diversion of the output of science and technology, this essay talks about the factors which affect it, and gives some suggestion to it. |
