人的本质与高校思想政治工作有内在联系，高校思想政治教育是围绕培养什么样的人才而展开的，最终着力点是大学生的思想，这必然涉及到人的本质问题。而思想是在人的本质生成过程中产生的，其实质是人的需要、社会关系和实践状态的反映。人的本质与高校思想政治教育相互影响，相互作用。马克思关于人的本质理论是思想政治教育的理论基础。因此，我们必须全面理解马克思主义人的本质理论，以便更好地指导高校的思想政治教育。

The Guidance of Marxist Theory about Human Nature in Instructing Ideological and Political Education in University

Human nature is internally related with ideological and political education in university,since the latter is centred around what kind of talents it is to cultivate,and the ultimate focus rests on undergraduates' ideology,which involves inevitably the issue of human nature.Ideology develops with the development of human nature,whose essence reflects man's needs,social relations and practical state.Human nature and ideological and political education influence each other and play on each other.Marxist theory of human nature is the theoretical basis of ideological and political education,and a comprehensive understanding of Marxist theory can better guide the ideological and political education in university.
