| 摘 要： | 上市公司是企业中的优秀代表,在自身快速发展的同时,能够对地区经济起巨大的推动作用。而浙江省上市公司对浙江经济发展的贡献却极其有限,说明浙江上市公司的潜能并未得到有效地发挥。在转型的关键时期充,分利用资本市场发展壮大企业,为地方经济服务,乃是实现浙江经济新一轮的飞跃和可持续发展的有效战略途径。

| Abstract: | Listed companies,which are outstanding representatives of enterprises,can promote economy greatly during their fast development.However,the contributions form listed companies of Zhejiang province to the development of Zhejiang's economy are quite limited,which means the potential of those listed companies are not fully exerted.In this critical and transitional period,it will be an effective and strategic way to realize the rapid and sustainable development of Zhejiang's economy by making full use of capital market to develop enterprises and serve the local economy. |
