| Abstract: | This paper discusses cultural construction in rural areas in view of the farmers' mo-notonous cultural life is and other issues to be solved and sets the following objectives:train new farm-ers with new ideas, new concepts;improve the overall quality of farmers;increase their cultural needs and raise the level of civilization in the rural areas for the purpose of lay a solid foundation for the building of a harmonious society. |
