珠三角制造业组织集权度与柔性化关系研究

随着我国经济体制改革的进一步深入,中国已融入世界经济的发展体系中,中国企业的竞争环境日趋激烈。在此环境下,组织的适应能力,即柔性化能力显得尤为重要。针对珠江三角洲204家大中型制造企业的实证研究发现,在高度动态的环境中,组织集权度的高低与组织柔性化无明显相关关系;此外,研究还发现组织集权度不仅受组织外部环境的影响,而且在很大程度上也受组织内部因素的影响。

An Empirical Study of Centralization and Flexibility of Organization in Dynamic Environment

With the deepening of economy system reform,China has integrated into the world economy development system.The competition environment is gradually vigorous.Under such circumstance,organization' adaptability,namely flexibility is important.Through the empirical study of 204 medium-sized manufacture enterprisese in Pearl River Delta,the conclusion can be made out that the degree of organization centralization is not obviously interrelated with the organization flexibility.What's more,the degree of organization centralization is not only affected by exterior environment,but also by interior environment.
