| Abstract: | After searching the development of concept about human rights & sovereignty in the western's history, understanding the western's logical theory of human rights, considering the focus of the dispute between the west and the east, and stating out the limitation of the western's opinion about relationship between human rights & sovereignty, steps are put forward to construct the new relationship between human rights & sovereignty under the circumstance of the globalization, on the basis of critically inheriting the western's theory. |
