| 摘 要： | 党的十六届三中全会提出的全面、协调、可持续的发展观,具有重大的哲学意义。它体现了马克思主 义唯物辩证法关于矛盾论的基本原理,体现了历史唯物主义的基本思想,实现了唯物辩证法的基本要求,符合认识发 展的规律,意味着党对发展问题的认识更加科学。

| Abstract: | The Third Plenary Session of the 16th Central Committee of the Party put forward the all-round,coordinate and sustained development's view which contains great philosophic significance,shows Marxist principle of materialistic dialectics on contradiction and basic thought of historical materialism,and realizes fundamental requirement of materialistic dialectics,and conforms to the law of knowledge development and means that the party's understanding for development issue is more scientific. |
