| 摘 要： | 传统小康社会思想源远流长,现代小康社会思想是邓小平提出并逐步发展起来的,邓小平赋予其新的时代内涵,党的十六大报告全面地论述了全面建设小康社会的思想,创新并完善了社会主义小康社会理论,这种创新和发展是对中国传统小康社会思想合理因素的继承和弘扬。
