| Abstract: | The scientific view of development is the basic principle guiding all our work. Therefore, under the guidance of the individual-centered scientific view of development, the functional departments of colleges and universities should establish a correct view of achievements and make an overall arrange- ment of all sections of work so as to bring them into full play in the practice. |
