| Abstract: | This paper examines, with the purpose of nurturing IT talents, Sichuan should construct mechanism from the two aspects of science, technology and education.It proposes the education mechanism with the system, content and environment of education as its principal body.Meanwhile it forms scientific platform and mechanism with the emphasis of scientific environment and the guiding ideology of nurturing talents by relying on education and developing the talents by relying on science, technology and education. |
