外语教学中的语际语用研究

外语教学的最终目的是让学习者在具体语境中运用所学的语言知识成功地进行交流。传统英语课堂仅满足于语言知识的传授,而忽视语际语用能力的培养,学习者具备了某一目标语语法,并不一定具备了语境条件下恰当的语言行为能力。语际语用能力具有可教性,表现为外语教学中学习者如何习得、发展和理解语用。课堂语际语用教学可以是提供元语用信息的显性指导,也可以是通过目标语的输入和使用的隐性指导。随着教学环境的变化,提高学生的语际语用能力,是外语教学的一个重要任务。

Interlanguage Pragmatic Study in Foreign Language Teaching

The final goal of foreign language teaching is to enable learners to communicate successively in different contexts with the acquired target language knowledge.Traditional classrooms,however,focus on linguistic competence and ignore interlanguage pragmatic competence.When a learner acquires a special item of grammar,it does not necessarily ensure a proper speech act in a special context.Interlanguage pragmatic competence is teachable,which is exemplified by acquisition,development and understanding in foreign language teaching.The teaching of interlanguage pragmatic competence can either be explicit instruction by providing metapragmatic information,or implicit instruction by inputting and using target language.With the development of teaching environment,improving learner's interlanguage pragmatic competence is an important goal in foreign language teaching.
