| 摘 要： | 介绍了SA8000标准的社会保障责任与内容，阐述了制定SA8000标准的科学依据，研究探讨了SAS000标准的效率价值和社会保障责任价值，指出SA8000标准不仅是企业应该承担社会保障责任的基本标准，而且是企业从根本上提高效率的重要管理措施之一。

| Abstract: | With the social security responsibility and contents of Standard SA8000 introduced, the scientific basis of building up the Standard is expounded while the discussion is made about the value of efficiency and social security responsibility. And then it is pointed out that Standard SA8000 is not only the basic standard of enterprises that should take the responsibility, but also is one of crucial management measures for enterprises to raise the efficiencv radically. |
