| 摘 要： | 系统地比较1988年颁布的《水法》与2002年修订的《水法》中涉及航道部分的内容变化,并对立法变化进行分析;以此为基础,按照立法内容的不同,应从可吸收、可借鉴、应明确、应规定四个方面对航道立法作进一步完善。

| Abstract: | This establishment of Waterway Law sheds great significance on the planning,constructing,maintaining and managing of waterway.Waterways belong to water resources,therefore waterway legislation has tight relationship with Water Law,and revision of Water Law will affect waterway legislation directly.This paper systematically compares,waterway-related changes between the Water Law promulgated in 1988 and its 2002 revised edition,and further analyzes these changes on legislation.Based on these,suggestions are given to help to complement waterway legislation. |
