| 摘 要： | 史学界对隋炀帝的评价,可以说是毁多于誉,人们往往抓住他骄奢淫侈、好大喜功的一面,将其与昏君、庸君、暴君等同起来。其实,从对边疆的开拓与经略而言,隋炀帝是一位进取心颇强的帝王,他有自己恢弘的政治理想,并且积极付诸实践,他巡视边塞、开通西域、经略高丽和流求的一些举措对后世产生了较大的影响。

| Abstract: | In the circle of historical studies,Sui Yang Di has always been depicted as a bad figure,or rather,a fatuous,self-indulged,mediocre ruler and a tyrant for his being lordly,luxury-loving,loose-living,idle,vain and fond of the grandiose. In fact,in terms of the reclamation and management of border areas, he is an ambitious king with treat political ideals which he implements actively. He inspects the border,develops Xiyu and manages Gaoli and Liuqiu,which exerts great impact on later periods. |
