Location Selection of City-based Warehousing Logistics Enterprises: A Case Study of Kerry EAS Logistics Ltd. (Guangzhou)

The location selection of warehousing logistics enterprises is a complicated issue, which is affected by internal and external factors. To make the selection process more scientific and practical, geographical locations, natural conditions, transport, infrastructm-es and other factors should be taken into consideration. Based on the case study of Kent EAS Logistics Ltd. （Guangzhou）, the paper introduces weighted scores to find the best warehouse location in terms of market and enterprise demand, and to provide reference for such warehousing enterprises in their location selection process.
