厦门低碳交通发展研究

厦门城市规划与交通结构滞后于低碳交通的发展，各种交通工具的能源消费与碳排放的迅速增长严重制约了厦门低碳交通转型。为了实现厦门低碳交通转型，相应的对策有：加强低碳城市交通规划，优化交通结构，激励低碳交通技术创新，完善低碳交通制度，促进低碳港口航运产业转型，推进低碳航空发展。此外，还需要建立起区域性的海西城市低碳交通联盟，大力拓展各种低碳交通融资渠道。

A Study on the Development of Low-carbon Transportation in Xiamen

The urban planning and traffic structure of Xiamen lags behind its lowcarbon transportation development, while the sharp increase in energy consumption and highcarbon emissions of various transportation tools are severely restricting the city＇ s low-carbon transition. In order to achieve the transition of low-carbon transportation in Xiamen, several corresponding strategies are put forward, including strengthening low-carbon traffic planning, adjusting traffic structure, speeding up the innovation and the application of low-carbon transportation technologies, establishing low-carbon transportation systems, accelerating the transition of low-carbon ports and shipping industry, and propelling the construction of low-carbon aviation. In addition, it＇ s necessary that a regional low-carbon transportation association among cities in the Economic Zone on the West Coast of Taiwan Straits be built up, and the financing channels of low-carbon transportation be extended actively.
