我国民间投资发展中存在的问题及对策建议

改革开放以来,我国民间投资有了很大的发展,但对非公有经济成分的偏见、产业准入限制、融资渠道不畅、政策歧视等因素制约了我国民间投资的进一步发展.要促进民间投资的增长,必须更新观念,充分认识发展民间投资的重大意义;调整思路,扩大民间投资的准入领域;完善体系,为民间投资提供灵活多样的金融支持;统一待遇,为民间投资创造良好的政策环境.

The problems and countermeasures in the development of investment among the local people in our country

Since the implementation of open-and-reform policy,the local investment among the local people has made great progress.But the further development is restricted by some factors such as the prejudice to the non-publicly-owned economy,the restrictions to the industry entrance and the obstruction to the circulating funds channel.To promote the increase of the investment among the local people,the idea must be replaced and the importance of developing the investment among the local people should be fully recognized.The vision should be readjusted to expand the entrance field of the investment among the local people.The system should be improved to supply various financial support to the investment among the local people.The treatment should be unified to create a favorable policy environment for it.
