完善的上市公司信息披露制度是证券市场赖以建立和持续发展的一个重要基石,是证券法律制度的核心内容,也是投资者行使知情权的有力保障。然而,当前我国上市公司信息披露严重失真已是不争的事实。这极大地动摇了广大投资者,尤其是中小投资者的信心,进而严重破坏了证券市场赖以存在的根基,甚至侵蚀了整个国民经济的持续快速、健康稳定的发展。鉴于此,拟就如何完善我国上市公司信息制度进行探讨。

Perfect system of information disclosure of listed companies in China is an important footstone for the existence and development of the security market,an essential content of the system of Security law and also strong guarantee for investors to use the right of knowing the inside story. But nowadays it is a doubtless fact that the information disclosure of listed companies in China is very serious false ,which greatly oscillates the investore'confidence in the Security market ,seriously destroies the groundwork of the Security market and even erodes the constant , rapid , healthy and steady development of the national e-conomy. In view of the above , the paper tries to discuss how to improve the system of information disclosure of listed companies in China
