摘    要:本文基于客源市场需求导向规划理念,以武汉市为样本,通过分析调查问卷数据,研究环城游憩带旅游客源市场需求特征,提出指导该市及同类型城市环城游憩带景区规划的系列建议。主要研究结论包括:(1)中心城市市民周末近程出游需求潜力巨大,但近程旅游市场并非卖方市场,投资应注意规避风险;(2)客源市场对目的地选择有明显偏好,市民出游目的相对集中;改善交通条件,完善配套设施是提升景区竞争力的关键;以旅行社为媒介的景区推广模式存在局限;(3)经济增长带来的居民收入提高会增加旅游消费总量,长假期间仍有相当比例市民可能选择近程出游,设计景区容量时须综合考虑不同情况。

Abstract:Based on the demand-driven planning theory, this paper first analyzes the questionnaire data and sums up the characteristics of the market demands in the recreational zone around Wuhan in the hope that the results can offer advice and proposals to the tourism market planning in Wuhan and other cities. The results include: (1) The market condition of the short-distance trips is not the seller’s market though the potential demand for excursion over weekend is huge; therefore market risks must be considered seriously; (2) Tourists’ preference to certain destinations poses a problem for transports and supporting facilities; the marketing mode of promotion by travel agencies has limitations; (3) With the increase of income, more people will make a short-distance trip; therefore, different conditions should be taken into consideration in capacity planning.
