| 摘 要： | 江泽民同志在党的十六大报告中对国际形势进行了分析 ,指出和平与发展仍是当今时代的主题。不管国际风云如何变幻 ,我们始终不渝地奉行独立自主的和平外交政策。本文根据十六大报告的论述 ,就如何正确认识当前的国际形势 ,奉行独立自主的和平外交政策进行了较为全面的阐述。

| Abstract: | According to Comrade Jiang Zemin's analysis in his report at CPC's 16 th National Congress, peace and development remains to be the key theme of the present age. Despite all the changes taking place in the international community, China has been pursuing her independent and peace-making foreign policies. Based on the statements expounded in Jiang's report, this article offers a comprehensive exposition on how to understand correctly the present international situations and how to continue our independent and peace-making foreign policies. |
