铁线蕨孢子培养方法的研究

摘    要:对铁线蕨孢子培养的方法进行了初步研究,对其配子体发育过程进行了观察.孢子四面体形,三裂缝,孢子萌发为Vitaria型.丝状体为2~8个细胞,单列.原叶体发育铁线蕨型,雌雄同株,精子器圆球形,颈卵器较大.这些特点,表现为原始形式

Abstract:Through the observations on the growing process of gametophyte of Adiantum capillus veneris L. we found that the appearance of spore looks like a tetrahedron with three crevices, the sprouting of spore looks like Vittaria type. The threadlike thing which is separate contains eight cells. The sprouting of gametophyte looks like Adiantumtype, antheridium looks like a ball, its archegonium is relatively big and it is of monoecism. Through the sprouting and shaping of spore with a relatively big reproductive organ, we can say that A. capillus-veneris L. belongs to the primitive type of Filicales, its evolution level is obviously lower than that of gametophyte of Polypodiaceae.
