| 摘 要： | 新苏南模式是中国特色社会主义道路探索进程中成功的实践形式,是科学发展观理论在苏南的生动诠释,其对苏南模式的新超越,突出体现在以下几个方面:在发展理念上,坚持一个目标,即追求全体人民的共同富裕;在发展手段上,实行两手并举,市场与政府协调有力;在发展动力上,弘扬三创精神,致力率先发展;在发展路径上,实现四大超越,推进科学发展。从苏南模式到新苏南模式,苏南人民的创造性实践初步回答了建设中国特色社会主义面临的公平与效率、政府与市场、精神与物质、公有制与其他所有制、增长与发展等一系列重大理论问题,充实了中国特色社会主义理论宝库的丰富内涵。
